Christian Counseling
A place for honest conversation, faith, and the parts of life that are not always easy to sort through alone.
Sometimes you do not need a program.

You may simply need a place to talk through what is happening, understand what you are feeling, ask hard questions, or gain some clarity about what comes next.

Storybrook offers individual Christian counseling for people navigating grief, significant life changes, identity, relationships, faith, difficult decisions, and seasons that simply feel heavier or more complicated than expected.

What Christian Counseling at Storybrook Looks Like
Sessions with Michelle are conversational, personal, and grounded in Scripture.

There is no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out—or even know exactly what you want to talk about. Some people come with one specific situation. Others simply know that something feels unsettled and they need a safe place to begin sorting through it.

Michelle will listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you look beneath what may be happening on the surface, and offer faith-integrated guidance without rushing you toward an easy answer.

Prayer and Scripture can be part of the conversation in a natural way, while still leaving room for questions, uncertainty, grief, anger, and the realities of real life.
You Might Come to Storybrook Because...
You are walking through grief or loss.

Life has changed and you are not quite sure who you are in this new chapter.

A relationship, decision, transition, or family situation feels difficult to navigate.
You are carrying guilt, regret, expectations, or emotional weight that you need help sorting through.

Your faith feels different than it once did—or you have questions you have not known where to ask.

Or perhaps you simply need someone outside the situation to sit with you, listen well, and help you think through things.
Begin With a Conversation
As we talk, you may decide that individual sessions are the right fit. At other times, one of Storybrook’s structured six-week journeys may offer the kind of focused experience you are looking for.

You do not need to know which one you need before you call. We can answer your questions and help you find the right fit.
Storybrook provides faith-integrated Christian counseling and spiritual guidance. It does not provide clinical psychotherapy, diagnosis, or medical mental-health treatment. When needs require licensed clinical, trauma, crisis, or medical care, appropriate additional support will be recommended.
